Wedding Management

This package is our “Day-Of” but really it starts three months before your big day! This ties up the loose ends, and ensures a planner is with you on the big day. We also are available day one for any questions and advice. All of our packages also include the following:

Before the Wedding //

  • Unlimited email contact

  • Vendor referrals

  • Creation and management of wedding timeline 

  • Review and confirm all wedding day vendors

  • Distribution of timeline to all vendors and venue

  • Work together through the wedding planning stages and wedding calendar

  • Final meeting, preferably at the venue, before the big day to go over the details such as floor plan and how you would like things set up on the wedding day.

  • Make sure all vendors have our cell phone numbers (and we have theirs) and direct them to call us on the wedding day, rather than the couple or their parents, so that you can relax and enjoy your day.

  • Attend and direct rehearsal for everyone to be on the same page and know when to walk down the aisle!

WEDDING DAY //

  • Wedding day emergency kit (sewing kit, first aid, water, etc)

  • Putting out personal items like favors, programs, table decor, name cards, signage, etc

  • Arrive on the wedding day to help set up the ceremony and reception sites and stay all the way through the end of the reception (up to 10 hours on the wedding day unless otherwise agreed upon).

  • Pin boutonnieres and corsages on VIP members

  • Coordinating the bridal party to get to the ceremony and make sure it's running on time.

  • Direct guests to cocktail hour

  • Line up bridal party for introductions and confirm order of speeches

  • Act as your point of contact during the day to coordinate with the vendors to make sure the key vendors (usually the photographer, DJ/band, and caterer) are kept informed of when things will happen during the reception so that everyone is on the same page.

  • Hand out any vendor tips at the end of the night

  • Help pack up items to be taken home such as gifts, cake topper, extra favors, centerpieces, marriage license, and more so the exhausted parents (or whomever is assigned the duty of taking these things home) does not have to worry about gathering these items.

Partial Planning

This package is one of our most popular packages and starts 6 months prior to your wedding day. This is generally for someone who has booked their venue, and a few vendors! It includes everything in the wedding management, plus some extra planning perks.

  • Recommend and research vendors in each category according to your vision and budget

  • Arrange appointments with vendors and provide lists of questions to ask the vendors to make sure no details are missed.

  • Planner/couple portal to share documents

  • Up to 3 in person (or virtual) consultations (6 mo, 3 mo, 1 mo) which includes final venue walkthrough

  • Work together through the wedding planning stages and wedding calendar

  • Assist with hotel blocks for your bridal party and out of town guests.

  • Book guest transportation services and arrange shuttle times on your timeline

  • Help with creation and design of wedding website

  • Setting up gift tables, favor tables, name cards

  • Budget tracker & other planning documents

Because each wedding is so personal, this is just an "across the board" list.

Full Planning

This package is from the beginning to the end. Need help finding the perfect favor? We can help with that. Or not sure where to start when it comes to a budget? We do that too. This package includes everything in the partial package plus…

  • Up to 5 in person consultations (12 mo, 9 mo, 6 mo, 3 mo, 1 mo)

  • Assist with selecting a venue and vendors

  • Venue and seating floor plan creation

  • Custom style & design boards for you and vendors

  • Assistance with creating and sticking to a budget

  • Payment reminders

  • Aid in vendor contract negotiations

  • Attendance at consultation meetings as needed

  • Provide appropriate to-do lists and progress reports

  • Assistance in deciding the style and design of your wedding day

  • 3 design-intensive meetings that cover: narrowing your vision and Pinterest board ideas, color palette, unique touches, custom materials, maximizing décor budget, signage, linen/napkin selection, table settings, invitation details and more.

  • RSVP tracking

  • Day after brunch planning
