Happy Mother's Day!

Moms, are awesome.

Why? Because at least my mom, has been through the thick and thin with me. Sure there were some yelling matches as a teenager and I disagreed with her more often than not--but, she has stuck by my side. As I've gone through stages with my parents (as most of us do) I am so thankful she has become one of my best friends.

I'm truly blessed to have a mom, and mother in law like I do. As a wife, I'm realizing more and more how much of a great example she is as a Godly wife to my dad. I can't wait till Evan and I have our own kiddos to reflect on how each of our moms have been such a great example to us.

And though this Sunday we celebrate Mother's Day. Send a kind note, or an encouraging text to all of the incredible ladies in your life. One day (hopefully often) you'll step back and realize how blessed you are to be surrounded by a great group of people.
